There are certain codes to do that.

...But myspace whores still know how to see them by taking their URL address for their comments/friends list, and taking out their ID number in that URL address, and putting your ID number in (which they can get from the URL address when they view your page).

So you're kinda screwed either way.

well u can go into your account and set ur privacy options to private, which will only allow the people on ur list to see ur profile, all other people cant
