I Use http://www.mygen.co.uk/index.php?page=cr... and I make my own. all you need is a photo hosting site (like Photobucket or image shack)
You fill out the whole thing and it gives you a preview while you make it.

You can download a picture to photobucket and get the URL code.
You can make you own layout by getting the image URL from photobucket carry it to whateverlife.com and use the layout generator. Put the URL in the box provided. You can have whatevercolor or font you want for everything. Generate you code ,copy and paste in your ABOUT ME section on myspace.
Half the fun is learning how to make them. I make mine all the time.
