Skim around for the band pages for bands you like, and when you pick your song, click "add this song to my profile."

N.B.:

Some artists do not allow their songs to be added to profiles.

Some artists have a high turnaround rate for songs, so you may need to select a new one after a while.

There are fandom band pages which post some songs by bands illegally (not to mention against the MySpace Terms of Service.) Try and stay away from these, it's good to look for the word "Official" in the title of the page if you're unsure.
