well when your on your home page, clcik on "edit profile" [[its next to your picture]] then in the "about me section" paste the code of the background you want. save all changes, and then veiw your profile. presto!!

First ,you the pic is already on the net...then you have to know the exact address pointing to that pic. like http://blblaaaaaaaa/image/cake.jpg

Then, paste the URL of the Picture in myspace code layout to the appropriate place...DONE!!
