you coud make a DIV layout, they are realy unique and looks realy pro and you can make them what ever you want.

you could use a picture of skulls or something for the background by uploading the picture to http://www.photobucket.com

there simple but look realy different

i am not sure of any codes but if you go on the website caled pimp-my-profile.com they might have them. they have heaps of diffrent backgrounds
